This baked lemon dill salmon is bright, fresh, and incredibly simple to make. With just a few ingredients and under 20 minutes of cook time, it’s a perfect weeknight dinner that still feels a little fancy.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place salmon fillets skin-side down and pat dry with a paper towel.
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Brush the mixture over the salmon fillets. Top with fresh dill and lemon slices.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Serve warm with your favorite sides and extra lemon wedges if desired.
